The seminar aimed to raise awareness among local farmers and entrepreneurs about available financing opportunities, strengthen their practical skills in preparing applications for concessional loans and grants, and enhance cooperation with partner banks and industry associations.

The seminar programme had a strong practical focus. Experts from the sector, representatives of the Farmers’ Council, and partner banks provided participants with detailed information on the following topics:

In addition, farmers who had already benefited from the project shared their practical experience, including the challenges they encountered while securing financing and the approaches they used to overcome them.

The second half of the seminar was dedicated to practical exercises. With the guidance of experts, participants learned how to develop project concepts, prepare the main structure of project applications, and carry out preliminary financial calculations. At the final stage, the working groups presented their projects, which were evaluated by representatives of partner banks. The participants also received expert recommendations on how to further improve their project proposals.
The seminar served as an important platform for entrepreneurs engaged in livestock farming in Andijan Region, helping them expand their businesses and make more effective use of modern financing opportunities.
