As previously reported, intensive training seminars for representatives of the livestock sector in Khorezm region, organized in accordance with international standards, have been successfully completed. The event, held within the framework of the “Financing Sustainable Development of the Livestock Sector” program with the participation of the Livestock and Pasture Development Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the French Development Agency (AFD), became an important platform for knowledge exchange and capacity building among regional livestock farmers.
The final stage of the training course was conducted in the form of practical sessions at the livestock farm of the “OS NASL – CHORVASI” farming enterprise in Yangibazar district. Participants had the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in practice and become closely familiar with modern technologies and advanced methods of animal husbandry.
At the end of the training, participants shared their impressions and acquired knowledge.
“Such trainings are very important for farmers like us,” said one of the participants. “Previously, we did not pay enough attention to certain aspects of animal care. Now we will definitely apply the knowledge we gained on milking hygiene and early disease detection in our own farm.”
Another participant noted that the financial support of the French Development Agency and modern approaches in the sector serve as an important foundation for the development of the livestock industry.
It should be noted that this project is aimed at modernizing the livestock sector and increasing the competitiveness of local products.
