Is it possible not to identify the animals?

Registration and identification of animals in the state veterinary service is mandatory. It is forbidden to keep and feed unidentified animals. Animals that do not have an attribute and/or a veterinary passport with an identification number are considered to be unidentified and are considered uncontrolled and will be seized for identification of the owner in the prescribed manner.

Slaughter of animals for commercial purposes is mandatory only in a specialized slaughterhouse (with the exception of slaughter for personal use with the permission of a veterinarian)!

Animal owners are obliged to confirm that the animal was sold or donated in the veterinary passport to the representative of the State Veterinary Service! In doing so, pet owners will also provide their ID.

When the buyer (receiver) buys (receives a gift) an animal, he is obliged to apply to the representative of the state veterinary service at his place of permanent residence to register the animal within seven days!
